Versailles s overseas tour has been ended in Paris on July 13th. Having 5 shows in 5 countries(Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico) in Latin America was a first trial as Visual-kei band. Also it is striking that doing a show in Peru was a first attempt as a Japanese musician/band ,and the band was highly welcomed and interviewed by National Television of Peru.

The band has just accomplished European tour which was made up by nine 11 shows in 9 countries (2 in France, Finland, UK, Netherland, 2 in Germany, Spain, Hungary and Russia) including a Japanese cultural convention in Oslo, Norway. The shows in Paris and Amsterdam was sold out and each show made a huge success.

Versailles attracted about 20000 fans and it proved Versailles stable popularity and that there was a strong fan base in each country.

Now the final chapter of the their tour , called Versailles World Tour-Method of Inheritance-, is about to kick off from Yokohama on July 19th.and the show at Shibuya C.C. Lemon Hall on September 4th has already been announced as the grand final. Keep your eyes on Versailles!!

ヴェルサイユより – 2010/7/16

2010年2月28日横浜を皮切りにスタートした Versailles World Tour 2010-Method of Inheritance-の海外ツアーが、7月13 日のパリ公演をもって大盛況の内に幕を閉じました。 南米5カ国5公演(ブラジル、チリ。アルゼンチン。ペルー、メキシコ)という公演数は、ヴィジュアル系バンドにとっては初の 試みであり、更にペルーに関しては日本人初のコンサートという快挙でもあり、地元国営放送やメディアでも大々的に注目されました。

ヨーロッパではコンベンション(オスロ)を含めて9カ国11公演(ノルウェー、ロシア、フィンランド、イギリス、フランス2か所、 オランダ、ドイツ2か所、ハンガリー)という長いツアーを敢行。 オランダとフランス・パリでは前売りがソールドアウトになるなど、各公演で大きな盛り上がりを見せました。

また、各会場共に、ファンが皆赤い薔薇を1輪ずつ手にし、アンコールでステージに投げ込み赤い薔薇の雨が降っているような 光景は圧巻。

このツアーで延べ動員約20、000人を記録し、海外での Versailles 人気は定着しつつあることが証明されました。 帰国後は7月19日 CLUB CITTA 川崎を皮切りにいよいよ同ツアーの最終章に突入し、そしてグランドファイナルは“CHATEAU DE VERSAILLES”9月4日渋谷 C.C Lemon ホールにて長期に渡るツアーを締めくくる事が決定しています。 しなやかに、そして激しく加速する Versailles―今後の動向に注目してください。
